Rosa Notaroberto | Head of Business Operations, Global Oncology | Takeda Oncology

Rosa Notaroberto is Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, Global Oncology Business Unit at Takeda. She joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals in 2002 and officially became a part of Takeda via the merger in 2008.

During her time at Takeda, Mrs. Notaroberto has held various roles of increasing responsibility prior to her current roles, including Head of Communications, VP of US Operations, and Senior Director of Commercial Operations.

Prior to the merger, Mrs. Notaroberto was Director of Development & Quality Systems at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and led the Quality, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical Sciences organizations’ strategic roadmap and capabilities build.

Mrs. Notaroberto earned her MS in Electrical Engineering from The Polytechnic University of Turin before studying Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
