Ana Cardoso | Head of Human Resources Global Oncology Business Unit | Takeda Oncology

Ana Cardoso is the Global HR Business Leader at Takeda. She joined the company in October 2007 and since January 2020 oversees all people’s experience agenda at the Global OBU including talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation, DE&I and team effectiveness.

In her 16 years at Takeda, Mrs. Cardoso has held various roles of increasing responsibility in Emerging Markets and Oncology, including human resources leadership roles in the US, Singapore, Switzerland, and Brazil. Prior to joining Takeda, Mrs. Cardoso held human resources positions at automotive, pharmaceutical and consumer organizations in Brazil.

Mrs. Cardoso earned her BA in Psychology at the University of Metodista in Brazil before earning her MA in Administration and Quality at Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil, as well as executive programs at Oxford and London Business School.
